After my friend and former agent passed away (he sadly fell into the Grand Canyon), I was randomly assigned to a brand-new State Farm agent fresh out of insurance school. Then I bounced around to two more “learning experiences” before finally being referred to Russell Dial and his amazing team by a roofer.
